Delivery Areas

Valenza currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we make use of the following courier services:

  • Aramex Store-to-Door for parcels weighing up to 2kg.

  • The Courier Guy Kiosk-to-Door for parcels weighing between 2kg and 20kg.

The courier service used for your order will be determined based on the weight and size of your package.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While Valenza makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Valenza shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, service interruptions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order. Valenza will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Should your parcel arrive damaged or appear to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery or becoming aware of the issue. We will work with the courier provider to investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
